Severna Park Elementary Gathering Memories for 75th Anniversary
The school will be celebrating with events and is looking for former students, teachers and staff to share their experience at SPES.
(SPES) is celebrating 75 years this year and organizers of the special events being planned to recognize the milestone want to hear from former students, teachers, staff and families.
At last weekend's Saturday in the Park and Heritage Day at the , SPES scrapbooks were open on a table as parent volunteers Eileen Harrington, Michele Lechowicz and Elaine Bachmann, a curator at the Maryland State Archives, greeted those who stopped by to share a memory or leave a picture of the good old school house days. There will be more to come on 75th events as they are finalized.
