According to the National Weather Service, the tornado warning has expired for Anne Arundel County as of 11:35 a.m., however, severe thunderstorms are possible for Severna Park and surrounding areas until later Thursday afternoon.
Showers and thunderstorms capable of moderate to heavy rain will continue to move across the region through the early afternoon.
