Why Go: Special guests include: David Crozier, Bend Cowen of Parlaiment Funkadelics, Mark Merella, Professor Marty Knepp, Nucleo Vega, Nick Costa and Brandon Bartlett. There will be several full drumsets and participants are encouraged to bring their own set.  In addition, there will be a grill available for cooking and guests are requested to bring a food item to share.

Why Go: Annual Black Tie gala to benefit SPCC, where activities, classes, sports, Expos, swimming and more keep us active. The gala benefits the center and will feature entertainment by Suede, http://suedewave.com/.

4. Rock 'N' Roll XXII

Where/When: , 60 Robinson Rd; 7:30 p.m., Fri/ Sat.

Why Go: There is amazing talent in this show that is a sell-out each year.

Price: $13

5. Sunday Breakfast

Where/When: American Legion Post No. 175, 832 Manhattan Beach Road, Severna Park; 8 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Why Go: All-you-can-eat, need we say more? Eggs, pancakes, omelettes, homefries, sausage, biscuits, bacon and more.
