While loving life in Wilmington, NC I met my husband, a Marine, and he swept me off of my feet all of the way to Japan, and now here to historic Annapolis, MD. As he teaches at the Naval Academy, I currently work as the Marketing Director for Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis & Severna Park - the BEST and most educated group of runners in this town.

A life of completing triathlons and running events in the past 7 years means I have basically experienced more injuries and issues than all of my customers combined. Now, I have resorted to exploring new ways of fitness - including hiking, biking, crossfit, lifting, walking, and anything that allows me to test my limits.
