Bring your family by the Severna Park Community Center to enjoy an all-American breakfast and the Bay Winds Band playing Stars and Stripes Forever before the Severna Park Fourth of July Parade. Just $5 per adult and $3 per child for a pancake breakfast with all the fixins. Eat and stake out a comfortable spot to watch the parade, which goes right by the SPCC on B&A Boulevard.
