5K class

CaitlinB, Neighbor

This is a beginning 5K class. The class meets Tues/Thurs at 6:15pm at Spark Running in Severna Park, MD. Over course of 9 weeks we will build from a walk up to running a full 5K. We will be targeting the Stride for Span Turkey Trot on November 24th. Register at www.signmeup.com/95499
