Baltimore native Mary Powell Johnson has happily resided in Severna Park with her husband Maurice (Bud) Johnson for 31 years.

A lifelong devotion to the performing arts led to a career as a freelance arts writer that began 15 years ago and is still flourishing in 2011 and now expanding into new horizons with Patch. 

 Mary is a long-time member of the American Theatre Critics Association and JAWS, a group of women journalists.
