Dana Opalinsky, Neighbor

Dana Opalinsky is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.  She teaches at several area studios and loves every minute!  Dana has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and finds it helps to keep her grounded and centered.  Dana also finds yoga to be the perfect compliment to the other physical activities she enjoys. 

When not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find Dana gardening in her yard, cuddling with her 2 chihuahuas, cooking with her wonderful husband or playing with her toddler son. 

Dana is a graduate of Severna Park High School and feels so lucky to still be friends with the people she met there!
