Debi tailors her pilates classes to fit every need. She, and her staff of trained instructors, work with anyone, regardless of age or ability to help you achieve a level of strength and confidence you would never expect. This studio offers the same equipment and training used by ballet dancers and movie stars. Debi and Dave chose Severna Park to settle their family, and we are so lucky because coming to this studio is like being welcome to their home.
