Last Chance: Help Stuff Stockings for Troops
Friday is the last day the Severna Park Republican’s Women’s Club will collect donations to fill stockings for troops. <br>
For the last few weeks, the Severna Park Republican’s Women’s Club has been collecting donations to fill stockings being sent to troops serving overseas and the deadline is quickly approaching. Friday is the last day that items will be accepted before the group packs up the stockings and ships them to Maryland service members. “All of the stockings are handmade from felt and we are asking for donations to fill the stockings,” said Amy Leahy, president of the Severna Park Republican’s Women’s Club. “And then all of the stockings go to service members from Maryland.” Those wishing to make a donation can drop supplies off at the following locations until Friday: If you can not deliver your donation, you can contact Amy Leahy at 410-279-9331 …
