Local Resident Debuts CD to Benefit Hospice of the Chesapeake

Peggy O’Neil Gilligan, a long-time Pasadena resident, released her first CD with proceeds benefiting the Hospice of the Chesapeake.

Long-time Pasadena resident Peggy O’Neil Gilligan has always enjoyed music. She studied at Peabody Prep and has sung in many a cappella groups. Now, she is releasing her first CD—a collection of Christmas favorites—with all proceeds going to benefit the Hospice of the Chesapeake. “The reason for initially recording the CD was I wanted to be able to leave a musical legacy for my grandchildren,” Gilligan said. “After it was in progress I decided I was doing it for them, but I want to see it give money to something good. So I decided to give proceeds to Hospice.” Hospice of the Chesapeake is currently located in Annapolis but will soon move to a new location that is right on the Severna Park/Pasadena line on Ritchie Highway.
