A handwritten sign on the door of the old Severna Park Post Office building announces two new businesses set to open soon. Zarrilli's Steaks and Hoagies Inc., and Arundel Marine Construction Inc., are both under construction inside the building at 513 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. The owners of the building could not be reached for comment or for information on when the businesses will open. Arundel Marine Construction Inc. was previously located in Edgewater. The business specializes in erosion control, environmental restoration projects and offers several other services for boat-owners. See their website for more information.

Severna Park Patch readers spoke up on what businesses they would like to see come to Robinson Crossing.
A few weeks ago, Severna Park Patch asked readers what businesses they would like to see fill two vacant storefronts in Robinson Crossing. Inside the Robinson Crossing shopping center, next to the Dollar Tree, are two vacant spaces side-by-side. One of the empty storefronts was once home to Fantastic Sam's hair salon, which closed its doors in the fall.
