Men Rob AT&T Store at Gunpoint

Police said the men took an unknown amount of phones and fled the area.

Anne Arundel County police are searching for two men who used a gun to rob the AT&T store in Severna Park Tuesday night. According to a release, officers responded to the AT&T store located in the 100 block of Ritchie Highway South at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday for the report of a robbery. Officers spoke to a store employee who said two male suspects entered the store and one displayed a handgun. The suspects then demanded merchandise and ultimately took an unknown quantity of phones. The two men then fled the store in an unknown direction, according to police. Several officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.

Police: Cab Driver Robbed, Assaulted in Severna Park

Police said they are searching for two suspects in the robbery, which occurred early Sunday morning.

Anne Arundel County police are searching for two suspects who they say assaulted and robbed a cab driver in Severna Park early Sunday morning. According to a press release, police responded to the 600 block of Oak Lane in Severna Park at 2:15 a.m. on Sunday for a reported robbery. Police spoke to a male cab driver who said that he picked up two men at a 7-Eleven in Gambrills and then drove them to a Severna Park address. When they arrived at the address the cab driver said a fight over the payment amount broke out, according to the release. The fight then turned physical and the driver was assaulted. During the assault, the driver’s backpack, which contained a cell phone and an undisclosed amount of money, was taken from inside the cab. …
