Severna Park's Steve Wojciechowski Aids Duke
Wojciechowski, who played in high school at Cardinal Gibbons, has been on the coaching staff of his alma mater since 1999.
My how time flies. Steve Wojciechowski, a native of Severna Park, has now been a part of the coaching staff at Duke University for more than 10 years. A former guard for Duke, the former high school player at Cardinal Gibbons was the national defensive player of the year with the Blue Devils in 1998. He returned as an assistant coach for head coach Mike Krzyzewski in 1999-2000 and was promoted to associate head coach in 2008. Duke posted a record of 326-65 going into this season with "Wojo" on the staff and he has been part of eight ACC tourney titles and two national championship teams as a coach.
