Oak Hill Receives Seven Seals Award
The award is given to schools that support men and women in the National Guard.
Oak Hill Elementary School has been recognized for its work with the National Guard. The Severna Park school has been honored with the Seven Seals Award. The recognition is for the school’s support of the men and women in the National Guard and Reserve and their children who attend county schools, according to an announcement. The award is sponsored by the Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense organization established in 1972. Oak Hill has several students whose parents are members of the National Guard and Reserve.
