In his first blog post, Murray said that 2012 was a great year for real estate sale in Severna Park. In fact, data shows that Severna Park had its strongest year since the housing crisis. Murray said the number of homes sold in the area increased by 26 percent, which is the highest number of homes sold since 2005.
