Former Falcon Earns Award At American University
The former Severna Park field hockey player was named goalkeeper of the week.
A former Severna Park High School field hockey player is continuing to succeed in her career at American University. Ashley Dalisera was named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week, according to a release on American University’s Athletics website. According to the release, Dalisera had a dominating performance during the team’s first game at the Terrapin Invitational held at the University of Maryland College Park over the weekend. The Eagles defeated Dartmouth in a 3-0 shutout on Saturday. Dalisera, a Millersville native, recorded four saves in the outing as the Eagles earned their first win of the season, according to the team’s website.
