I have been "hanging out" here for alot more years than I care to count. I have accumulated a nice collection of trophies from the different pool teams I have been associated with, both APA and TAP, that have been sponsored by the bar, as well as making alot of friendships along the way. The menu always is a hard choice as everything is always good and the prices are quite reasonable. The bartenders are always personable and quite efficient. Scotty, the owner, has the personality to make all feel comfortable and welcomed.

First bar ever went to 4 years ago, and has been made our home bar ever since. Love it! Love the atmospere, the bartenders and they have the BEST COOKS! It's like Cheers, everyone knows your name and is one BIG FAMILY! Lots of pool both casual and league, APA and TAPP!
You really couldn't ask for more in a bar. My husband and I have been going to Shooters for more than 10 years and we rarely go anywhere else! The food is exceptional...so much more than the expected bar food. There are the phenomenal wings and cheesesteaks, but also things like grilled chicken when I want something a little healthier. The bartenders make awesome drinks and also serve up great conversation if that's what you're looking for. Depending on the night, you can always find a great deal/special on food and drink. They have pool, darts, dancing, Keno, lots of TV's and just an overall fun atmosphere. If you get lucky, you can even catch the local magician doing some of his fascinating tricks! Kudos to the owner and staff for making it (and keeping it) our favorite local hang-out!
Excellent atmosphere, excellent service, and all at an excellent price. I just moved to this state in January of '10 after living in a couple of other states and traveling a lot on business and it's the best I've found in any state across this country. I've had many houseguests come visit and I've taken all of them there. It's had something for everyone. They have a terrific jukebox, pool tables, dart boards, plenty of hi def tvs, keno...you name it they have it. The service is exceptional whether they are just opening or the place is rocking on a Friday night.
This bar is great. They have excellent food and a very good drink selection. Nothin better than a steak quesadilla and a cold beer. The service is always top notch and the bartenders are always responsive and friendly. Shooters has a bunch of pool tables and I have never had an issue getting on one of the tables. There are numerous TVs and a great music selection. It is impossible to be bored at this place. I love this bar and will continue to visit whenever I get a chance.
I have always had an excellent experience at Shooters. The bar has friendly bartenders, great specials and ample seating at the bar as well as ample parking.
The owner has done an excellent job updating the menu and the crab pretzel puts Bill Bateman's to shame. The wings and cheese steaks are excellent as well. Great variety on the juke box, pool tables and darts.
If you are looking for a local establishment with a relaxed atmosphere to go and hang out with some friends, Shooters is definitely the place to go.
Visited this place once, and that's all they will ever see me. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place. Who ever owns this place, and put it together really knew what they were doing. It's a awesome set-up and really it's almost perfect for the patrons who it does and will attract, pool tables galore, music, space for a band and more elbow room than any bar withing a 50 mile radius.
Now my reason for not returning, I entered the bar with a pocket full of cash, a designated driver as well as 4 additional friends. We were set out to play pool, drink heavily, and close the place down. Our first target was the bar to order our first round, and to tip the bar maid so she knew to take care of us and we would most certainly be taking care of her.
After about 20mins waiting for her to finish her conversation with what appeared to be 'Friends' or 'Regulars' the BAR BACK eventually took our order and served us. We decided to skip the tables at that point and stayed at the Bar (we knew it was going to be a short visit). Upon the need for an additional round, it was again the BAR BACK who served us... I laid a $20 on the bar to tip the BAR BACK, which finally the Bar Maid promptly came over and asked "Is this tip?", I answered "Yes, for him" (pointing to the BAR BACK. She took it, and placed it in the tip can.
After 1hr and dropping a $100, the only words from the Bar Maid was "Is this Tip?". No thanks I'll go where my money is appreciated.
