Kirsten made a cake for a baby shower I planned in February. The cake was moist, yummy and absolutely beautiful. My friend, for whom the shower was thrown, was incredibly pleased with the cake. I went back on 3/25 to buy some cupcakes for my friend who was now in the hospital awaiting delivery. Store hours posted on line and on the store front door read open until 5:00pm. I arrived at 4:12 and the bakery was closed. The owner, spouse perhaps and a young child were in the store. The child was actually looking at me while eating a cupcake. I was not going to pound on the door as it was obvious my intentions but after a few seconds and no move was made to open for business, I left. I decided then and there I would never go back. My friend had her baby but was till craving a cupcake from the bakery. Against my better judgement I relented and returned to the bakery. I bought a dozen cupcakes and left to meet my friend and the new baby. Upon my arrival at my friends home I found that the cupcakes were frozen! The baker gave me a dozen frozen cupcakes for $22 and did not even tell me the condition of the cupcakes!! After I visited with my friend for a while and the cupcakes had time to thaw, we each had one. The cupcakes were dry, tasteless and the frosting was crumbly. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and the worst cupcakes I have eaten.

Beautiful cakes! Kirsten has been making cakes for all of our family events for a few years now. She makes cakes gorgeous cakes that taste as good as they look! I love being able to stop into her store to pick up cupcakes as a treat during the week for the kids. You have to try the cake truffles - they are delicious!

Kirsten just did my daughters wedding cake on 9/1/12. My daughter wanted a rennssiance themed wedding cake and Kirsten found a picture of one on line and made the cake for my daugher complete with stairs leading up to the castle topper. The cake was absolutely delicious and there wasnt any left over and that is not typical of wedding cake, usually your trying to give it away and everyone was grabbing for the last pieces of it. I will be using her again for my next daughters wedding in 2014.
