The Severna Park franchise of KinderCare Learning Centers is run by Director Colette Barnes. The fact that many families enroll younger siblings after their first experience speaks to the trust and confidence parents have in the programs offered here.

Severna Park KinderCare offers day-long programs for children aged 6 weeks through pre-K, as well as before- and after-school programs for children in Kindergarten through 12 years of age. The school has its own mini-bus and is licensed to transport to and from Oak Hill and Benfield elementary schools. This is also a popular summer-school spot for elementary-age chilren.

Parents can choose additional educational programs for their children, such as Spanish, phonics and cooking class. Nutritious lunches and snacks are served, as is an early dinner for late-stay children every Monday. The center is secure and code-accessed for parents.

Each day, KinderCare provides a balanced approach to learning - giving parents the comfort of knowing their child will have fun as he develops socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Our goal is to prepare children for their school years through age-appropriate lesson plans.
