I initially scheduled an appointment one month in advance. On the day of the appointment they did not show and they never called to reschedule. I called them and they stated that they wanted to reschedule for one week later, October 28th. They said they would come between 12 and 3. They called me on October 26th to confirm and I spoke with them. On the day of the appointment - NO CALL AGAIN, NO SHOW, and NO APOLOGY.
Terrible customer service. If you are scheduling a chimney sweep do yourself a favor and choose a reliable company.
