I've been doing yoga on and off for many years now. I went to Charm City Yoga for my birthday this year and ended up buying their trial membership. Now I go twice a week and absolutely adore it. The teachers are very helpful and will often take a minute in class to underscore technique that is often done incorrectly, and make sure we know how to do it correctly. These are the most informative and workout intensive classes I've been to and I expect it will help me move forward with my practice and my goals for a long time to come.
