Scene Around Town: Salvation Army Red Kettles

Updated 12/14: Patch reader Mom of 3 answered correctly. This is Billy who is stationed at the Severna Park Giant collecting donations in the Salvation Army red kettle. There is also a donation kettle at the Safeway on Benfield Road.
