Featured Pet: Little Minus

The Maryland Animal Sanctuary and Rescue is a guest on Severna Park Patch each week by bringing a pet who needs a new home to our attention.

Maryland Animal Sanctuary and Rescue (MAS) is a small rescue organization that saves dogs and cats of all ages from high kill shelters.

The animals live with us in our home as foster family members.  This is a great way for us to get to know them.  If interested, please visit our website at www.MASRescue.org and click on "Adopt Here." You can check out all of our furry friends by clicking on "Our Animals."

Meet Little Minus (we do not believe he will be much more than 25-30lbs)! He is an adorable three month old 3 month old Beagle/Chihuahua/? mix.  He's an awesome pup who is great with kids and adults and loves to play with other dogs.  He is always so happy to see you but is a little shy when you approach him, but once he warms up, he's yours and how lucky you are! He loves to cuddle.  He is doing well with housebreaking and is fine when he is put in his crate.

He loves playing outside, is learning to walk on a leash and is an excellent car companion.  He is smart, alert and watches everything going on around him. Definitely a lap dog in the making! You could carry him around all day and he would be happy (and so would you)!  He is current on vaccines and ready to be part of your loving, forever family!!
