Featured Pet: Zuzu

The Maryland Animal Sanctuary and Rescue is a guest on Severna Park Patch each week by bringing a pet who needs a new home to our attention.

Maryland Animal Sanctuary and Rescue (MAS) is a small rescue organization that saves dogs and cats of all ages from high kill shelters.

The animals live with us in our home as foster family members.  This is a great way for us to get to know them.  If interested, please visit our website at www.MASRescue.org and click on "Adopt Here." You can check out all of our furry friends by clicking on "Our Animals."

Please consider making this beautiful, loving girl a part of your family!  Cats have a VERY poor chance of making it out of shelters alive.  If we can place this fabulous feline, we can rescue another cat and that will open a desperately needed spot at the shelter.  Imagine, you can help three cats with one adoption!

Zuzu is a one and a half year-old female Tortoise Point Siamese with beautiful blue eyes.

Literally saved from euthanasia on her last day at the shelter, she has been waiting for her new home since May! She is so friendly with people, dogs and other cats.  Zuzu should mean docile, sweet and gorgeous because that desrcibes her purrfectly!  She is spayed, feluk/fiv negative and current on vaccines.

If you are interested, please visit our website at www.MASRescue.org.  We are still looking for homes for Little Minus and Samantha.  Paws crossed, Abbie is likely to be adopted in November.  All 3 posted on the Severna Park Patch in October.

Please visit us at www.MASRescue.org to learn more about him and all of our furry friends!  Thank you-
