The SPCA of Anne Arundel County will be collecting items for pets through Dec. 31. Needed are wet/dry premium dog and cat food, cat litter, used (but clean) blankets and towels and play toys.
Locally, you can drop off your donation to the at 543 Benfield Rd. in Severna Park and at the Fieldstone Animal Inn at 174 Obrecht Rd. in Millersville.
