SPHS Grad On Tewaaraton Award Watch List

Jeff Lowman is a goalie for the St. John's lacrosse team.

A Severna Park High School (SPHS) graduate has been added to the watch list for the Tewaaraton Award, which is awarded to the nation’s top lacrosse player, The Baltimore Sun reported.

The Tewaaraton Foundation award is given at the end of the NCAA lacrosse season. SPHS grad Jeff Lowman, who is a goalie for St. John’s, has been added to consideration for the honor, according to The Sun.

Lowman, a Millersville native ranks fourth all-time in program history with 446 career saves, according to St. John’s website.
