PHOTOS: Snappers at Bay Bridge Brawl

Despite the record heat, lacrosse families traveled from all over the region and outside of Maryland to participate in Friday's annual Bay Bridge Brawl, organized by Hogan's Lacrosse.

U15 and younger teams played at White Marsh Park in Centreville, MD, Kent Island High School and Love Point Park on Kent Island.

Locally, the Snappers, Annapolis Hawks, Predators and T2 Lacrosse clubs participated in the tournament.

Here are the results for the U15 Snappers team coached by Merle "Hoffy" Hoffman and Brett "Calli" Callaghan. The Snappers Club is run by Will Dalton.

All games scheduled for after 2:30 p.m. were canceled due to excessive heat.

All teams played three games before the cancellation.

The Snappers U15 green team emerged victorious from their three games:

Snappers Green vs. South Shore: 7-3.

Snappers Green vs. CMD LAX: 10-8

Snappers vs. Chesapeake Storm Blue: 5-3
