Falcon Recap: Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Field Hockey Top Chesapeake

The Severna Park High School girls soccer, field hockey and volleyball teams were all victorious over Chesapeake High School Wednesday night. 

The Falcons boys soccer team tied Chesapeake 1-1 after overtime play. While the girls soccer team topped the Cougars 2-0.

The Severna Park volleyball team swept Chesapeake in three games, 25-6, 25-4, 25-3.


Meanwhile, the Severna Park field hockey team improved its record to 5-0 with a 3-0 win over the Cougars. The field hockey team will get one of its first big tests of the season on Friday when the Falcons take on South River—the team that knocked Severna Park out of the playoffs last season. The game will be played at 7 p.m. in Severna Park.
