The 2011 Walk and 5K Run For Life will raise funds and awareness to support the free services for women and their families offered by the Pregnancy Clinics in Severna Park and Bowie.
Put on your running shoes and join us Saturday, August 20th! The Walk and Run will begin at the Pregnancy Clinic, 650 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park and continue on the scenic B & A Trail. Individuals, families, strollers, as well as pets on leashes are all welcome to join in making a positive life affirming difference in our communities.
Registration for the 5K Run is $35 for runners. There is no cost to Walk, however both Walkers and Runners collect financial pledges from sponsors which supports the essential funding needed for the totally free services provided to anyone.

Since opening in 1982, the faith based, non-profit medical clinics have served over 21,000 women and their families facing pregnancy related and sexual health issues. The extensive free services offered include: pregnancy testing, prenatal vitamins, viability 3D/4D Ultrasounds, STI/HIV testing and STI treatment for women, educational classes, counseling, material aid, and referrals for community resources.
