Third-, fourth-, and fifth-graders from sang the national anthem at Thursday night’s Bowie Baysox game at Prince George's Stadium.
Led by Choral Director Melbe Sunday, the students sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" in front of the ball game crowd. Sunday said this is the eighth or ninth year the school has performed at a Baysox game.
“It is such a family-friendly park, and the prices are great we always have a good time," Sunday said. "It is also a very nice end to the year. We always have teachers, faculty, parents and even grandparents come out."
About 60 students from the school participated in the performance.
