Logan Brady, a senior at Severna Park High School, has committed to play lacrosse at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC.

Patch caught up with Brady, 17, to ask her a few questions about her recent commitment.

Severna Park Patch: What are you most looking forward to in college?
Logan Brady: I am most looking forward to playing with a new set of girls and being in a completely different environment.

Severna Park Patch: How has your high school athletic career (in school or outside of school) prepared you for the Division I experience?
Brady: My high school coach, Carin Peterson, has prepared me for my Division 1 experience. She makes our high school practices comparable to what it would be like in Division I.

Severna Park Patch: What made you decide to choose Campbell University?
Brady: I chose Campbell University because I wanted to go to a small school down south. Everyone there was very welcoming and I felt like I fit in very easily. I could see it definitely being my new home.

Severna Park Patch: What do you like to do besides lacrosse?
Brady: Besides playing lacrosse I like to hangout with friends, go to the beach and spend time with my family.

Severna Park Patch: Who would you say has had the most influence on you and your athletic career and why?
Brady: I would say my Mom, Brenda Brady, has had the most influence on my athletic career. She has always believed in me with everything I have ever done, pushed me to my limits and helped me up when I was down. She has always been right by my side through my whole experience in all my sports.

Severna Park Patch: What advice would you give to a younger athlete looking to pursue a college athletic career?
Brady: If I had to give advice to a younger athlete I would tell them to never give up, and to push their limits. If they work hard and set goals they can reach them.
