Danielle Victorio is a senior on the Severna Park High School girls varsity soccer team.

Patch stopped by the Severna Park varsity girls soccer practice and spoke with senior Danielle Victorio about her soccer career, life at SPHS and her plans for the future.

Severna Park Patch: What was your favorite experience playing soccer at Severna Park High School?
Danielle Victorio:
Just being on the team in general especially this year because the team is really close. I just love the experience.

Severna Park Patch: What athlete would you say you idolize and why?
Victorio:
Mia Hamm and Abby Wamback—they got me into soccer to begin with and I have met both of them before at soccer camps. That was kind of the highlight of my life.

Victorio:
I do a lot of arts and crafts stuff. I am pretty dorky outside of school. I play a lot of video games and watch weird TV shows.

Severna Park Patch: What was your favorite class that you took at Severna Park High School?
Victorio:
Probably physics last year. My teacher was so hilarious.

Severna Park Patch: What are you plans for next year?
Victorio:
A four-year university and then probably at grad school for physical therapy—I am not really sure where I am going yet. If I play soccer it will probably be a D-III school or club at another school.
