AA County Schools to Open 2 Hours Late
There will be no ECI or half-day pre-kindergarten classes.
Anne Arundel County Public Schools will open two hours late Monday, as area residents woke to icy road conditions.
The school system said there will be no morning half-day pre-kindergarten or ECI classes.
Baltimore County Public Schools and Prince George's County Public Schools will also delay opening by two hours, while Montgomery County Schools are closed.
Federal workers in the Washington, DC area were also informed of a two-hour delay.
Fort Meade said it will allow workers to arrive up to two hours late. Workers were advised to check with their specific agency for any other guidance.
MARC train service will operate as normal.
