Community Update

Horrible customer service. I bought some paint from there. The person making it was a novice and got it wrong (He was a newbie, apparently, and there was no supervision of him. Error #1). That wouldn't have been so bad, but when I got home & realized it, and went to return it, a different person at the front got defensive immediately and, instead of owning up to the problem, was extremely rude and condescending. They redid the paint anyway and... big surprise... it had been mixed incorrectly the first time, just as I had said when I walked in. The only reason I was shopping here in the first place was that our usual spot was out of the paint we needed. I will not be going back, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone else. This place clearly doesn't train their staff efficiently, and there is not enough oversight. I'll be headed back to the Cape.
