Prostitute in Secret Service Scandal Writing a Tell-All

Those who are interested may soon know more about the role of a local man in the Secret Service prostitution scandal in Colombia earlier this year. The woman at the center of the scandal involving Severna Park’s former Secret Service agent Arthur Huntington is writing a tell-all book.

Colombian prostitute Dania Suarez will recount the events involving Huntington, other agents and members of the U.S. military in an upcoming memoir tentatively titled “Room Service,” according to New York Daily News.

In April, Patch reported that Huntington allegedly had a dispute with a prostitute over payment in Colombia. Publicity over the dispute eventually led to revelations of heavy drinking and use of prostitution by other Secret Service agents who were also in Colombia at the time.

CNN reported that Huntington was no longer with the Secret Service but the circumstances behind his departure were unclear.

Suarez originally gained notoriety when Huntington allegedly refused to pay her an $800 fee after a night at Hotel Caribe in Cartagena, according to New York Daily News. 

Shortly after the incident, Suarez said she’d “happily sell her story now and pose nude” but said her life has been “practically destroyed” since the incident, according to New York Magazine.

Her memoir will reportedly include details about the years before she became a prostitute, including revelations about her childhood.
