Police Charge 2 Men in Millersville Armed Robbery

Two men were charged with the armed robbery of a Millersville business on Wednesday, police said.

Russell Snyder, 42, of the 8100 block of Oakwood Road in Glen Burnie, and Keith Orndorff, 29, of no fixed address, were arrested and charged with armed robbery, police said.

According to police, a call came in at about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday from Rok Brothers, located in the 8200 block of Cloverleaf Drive in Millersville, reporting that a robbery had just occurred.

Police said officers arrived on the scene and saw employees chasing a  suspect in the woods behind the business. Police were able to take the suspect into custody without incident. Meanwhile, police checking the area spotted a maroon vehicle in the parking lot on the other side of the woods.

As police approached the vehicle on foot, the vehicle sped off. A foot chase ensued and the officers were able to stop the car, police said. The driver was taken into custody as police determined he was waiting to flee the area with the other suspect, police said.
