Ritchie Highway Crash Sends Man to Shock Trauma
Fire officials say the crash occurred Sunday evening.
A crash involving a motorcycle on Ritchie Highway on Sunday night sent one man to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious injuries.
Units responded at 7:30 p.m. Sunday to a crash involving a motorcycle and car at Ritchie Highway and McKinsey Road, according to Anne Arundel County Fire Division Chief Keith Swindle.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, had serious injuries that were not life-threatening and was flown by helicopter, Swindle said.
