Police Searching for Suspects in Arnold Bank Robbery
The TD Bank in Arnold was robbed around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.
Anne Arundel County police are searching for suspects in the robbery of the TD Bank in Arnold Thursday afternoon.
At 2:30 p.m. on Thursday officers responded to the TD Bank at 1470 Ritchie Highway in Arnold for a reported bank robbery, according to a release. Police said a suspect approached the teller’s counter, announced a robbery and received money before fleeing the bank on foot.
A second suspect may have acted as a lookout inside TD Bank, according to police. However, the second suspect left the bank just before the robbery.
Officers, detectives and a K-9 unit searched the area, but were not able to locate any suspects.
Police said the first suspect is described as a black male, 28-35 years old, and 5-feet-10-inches to six-feet tall. He wore a tan floppy hat, dark glasses, tan long-sleeve button-down shirt, tie, and khaki pants.
The second suspect is described as a clean-shaven black male approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall, wearing eyeglasses.
