Woman Charged in Severna Park House Party

Charges were filed against the adult who lived at the home but were not pursued.

(May 2013)—Anne Arundel County police charged a woman who lives at the Severna Park home where 22 teens were charged with underage drinking violations in March. The home was reportedly known to be a party house.

The woman was charged on April 20 with contributing to the condition or a minor and disorderly house, according to online charging documents.

On March 23, officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Southway Drive in Severna Park for a reported underage drinking party—the third call in four months at the address.

Police said teens were walking out of the home with cans of beer. Inside the home, police said they found the house full of teens with alcohol. Several people fled the home before additional officers arrived.

Police issued citations for violating underage drinking laws to 22 teens, male and female between the ages of 14 and 17.
