A Millersville man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for robbing three pizza delivery drivers last year in Millersville and Glen Burnie.
On Wednesday, Michael Lamont Robertson,
27, pleaded guilty to three robbery cases occurring between Dec. 4 and Dec. 6,
2012. He was sentenced to 10 years for the robberies in Anne Arundel County
Circuit Court, according to the State’s Attorney’s Office.
According to charging documents, the first robbery occurred on Dec. 4, 2012 in the 600 block of Leprechaun Lane in Glen Burnie. On Dec. 6, 2012, officials said Robertson robbed a delivery driver in the 8200 block of Bernard Drive in Millersville.
The third robbery occurred on Dec. 8 2012, when Robertson used a knife to rob a delivery driver in the 600 block of Paddle Wheel Court in Millersville, according to charging documents.
On Sept. 11, Robertson was also sentenced to 20 years, with all but 10 suspended for the armed robbery of a 25-year-old Glen Burnie man, according to the State’s Attorney’s Office.
Robertson pointed a gun to a man’s head at his Glen Burnie apartment on Dec. 29, 2012, while another man stole the victims wallet, the State’s Attorney’s Office said.
The 10-year sentencing on Wednesday for the three robberies in Glen Burnie and Millersville will run concurrent with the sentences he received on Sept. 11, according to the State’s Attorney’s Office.
