Medics Transport Man from Adam’s Ribs

A spokesman for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said the man had a medical emergency.

A man was transported by ambulance from Adam’s Ribs to the hospital Thursday afternoon for a medical emergency, according to an Anne Arundel County Fire Department spokesman.

A few Severna Park Patch readers asked why an ambulance and fire truck was parked outside Adam’s Ribs on Thursday afternoon. Battalion Chief Matthew Tobia said fire officials responded to the restaurant at 12:34 p.m. to assist a man with a medical emergency.

Tobia said the man was transported priority one to a local hospital. Tobia did not know the condition of the man at the time of the call.
