"In response to many questions from parishioners and parents, following news of the arrest of our former associate pastor Fr. Stew Bullock, I share the following statement from the Archdiocese of Baltimore:

'The Archdiocese is unaware of any allegation of wrongdoing involving parishioners of St. John the Evangelist parish in Severna Park or students of the parish school. The unfortunate and disturbing incident was the first and only allegation against Fr. Bullock of which the Archdiocese is aware. The Archdiocese has removed Fr. Bullock’s faculties to function as a priest and is conducting a thorough investigation of Fr. Bullock’s ministry.'"
