Kristine Johnson lost her 2 year heroic battle with lymphoma on Sept. 23. Kris loved living in NY and was upset in having to let go of her roots in Hamburg, NY until she discovered the land of pleasant living here in Severna Park, MD. She began her new life as a part time nurse, full time gardener, full time bridge player and a serious bargain hunter.

Anne Morita died Sept. 22.

Irma Callahan died Sept. 20.

Barry Christy of Severna Park passed away on Sept. 19 after a long and courageous fight with pancreatic cancer. He will be remembered for his many talents, chef, artist, seamster, gardener and thespian. Barry was involved with colonial players for many years. He made lifelong friends through his volunteer work at the theatre.

Dorothy J. Palmer, 75, of Severna Park died on Sept. 18. Dorothy and her late husband John started LYILOK Studios in 1995. They named this thriving craft business after their 4 children. They enjoyed many years of folk art painting. She also enjoyed many crafts including antique dolls, knitting, crocheting, quilting, sewing and baking along with her passion for reading and listening to books on tape/CD.
