James Franklin "Frank" Welch, 87, a 52-year resident of Severna Park died peacefully of heart failure at Johns Hopkins Hospital on April 26. Frank was president of Countryside Homes based in Severna Park, building primarily in West Severna Park, Berrywood and Round Bay. It was known that if you had a Frank Welch home—you had the best. Neil Lorents Hendry, 64, longtime resident of Severna Park, died peacefully April 23 at Hospice of the Chesapeake in Linthicum. Neil worked as a construction superintendent for various companies for many years, and had been in the construction field his whole life. No matter what the job, he was recognized for his work ethic, and his devotion to his family. (From Barranco & Sons)
