Joan Dimon Cosey, 83, a resident of Charlestown Retirement Community, died March 25, 2013, at her home in Catonsville. She was born on Dec. 11, 1929, in Hatboro, PA, and was a longtime resident of Severna Park from 1967-1984. (From Barranco & Sons)
