Community Update
I have used this car wash for 10 years. Have spent thousands of dollars here. Two weeks ago I used the wash on my new car and the undercarriage wash never came on. When I pulled out of the wash my new car was covered in soap! Ok. So obviously a malfunction. I was not upset. I figured the owner should know. I called and left a message about the problem. I realize they aren't there every day so I wasn't too upset when I didn't get an immediate response
So I left message#2 and then message#3. No response. It has been 2 weeks now and the answering machine at the business has been full for over 10 days..my yet the message says they will return your call promptly. BS.
So I decided that maybe a one time malfunction occurred. So I paid again to wash the soap off my car in a different bay. BAD IDEA. Car was covered in dirt and soap. When I try the phone number noone answers and a machine is full. I am a Severna Park resident and I will get everyone I know to boycott this car wash. I have left 4+ messages and not ONE has been returned. They do not care about their customers. I will be sending a letter to the Severna Park Voice and will never pay another dime at this car qash...and will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.
