No Lease on Former Post Office Yet
There are no more stamps or mail at the former Severna Park post office, but is there a new tenant for the location?
The Severna Park post office put up their "no longer at this address" sign a year ago in February when they moved to the . Since then, the building on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard continues to sit empty.
According to a representative of Michael Management Inc. who is handling the leasing for the property, the vacant building has been shown to several prospects—"but none has stepped up to the plate."
