Anne Arundel Women Giving Together (AAWGT) Spring Membership Open House and Photo Exhibit

Sharing Our Vision - Stories of Giving through the Eyes of our Youth tells the stories of several Anne Arundel Women Giving Together (AAWGT) grantees in words and pictures created by Annapolis High School Students. This project was borne out of a partnership between AAWGT and VisionWorkshops, with the support of the ESOL Department at Annapolis High School.  ESOL students worked as both photographers and writers, alongside students from the school’s International Baccalaureate program. The result is a creative, authentic view of AAWGT grantees, as seen through the camera’s lens and the perspectives of young people in our community.

A special preview of the exhibit will be featured at the AAWGT Open House on April 11th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Annapolis Maritime Museum and will then move to Maryland Hall from April 27 - June 3rd.

The event is free and open to the public but registration is required at www.givingtogether.org
