Maria
completed her 200-Hour Teacher
Training in 2012,
at Charm City Yoga, under the direction of Kim Manfredi. Because of her
background in dance and running, she believes that by connecting with the body,
one can achieve greater self-awareness and peace. She teaches with a focus on
alignment. Her lighthearted class is sure to lift your spirits, rejuvenate your
body, and brighten your day.
